Maybe you HATE gyms and the idea of being in a busy room full of loud music and men in tank tops fills you with dread.

Perhaps you’ve just had a baby and noticed a large separation in your abdominal muscles and want to work with an experienced physiotherapist in order to improve it.

How does it work?

You first attend a one hour initial consultation with Marika, where she would undertake an assessment and set goals with you.

Your goals might be health related – you might want to lose weight, feel stronger, have better bone density, feel less pain.

Or they might be more goal-oriented – You might want run a marathon or go hiking.

Whatever your aims are, I will create a gym program for you.

The group sessions

The group sessions are held at On the Green Physiotherapy, Wesley College, South Perth.

Currently, they are held between 10-11am and 1.30-2.30pm on Wednesdays.

Bookings are ESSENTIAL as the maximum number is 4.
